DDNYC 2026 opens Wednesday at Dream Downtown in Chelsea, two days out, tickets already gone. The three-day flagship runs Sept. 2–4 with TAO Hospitality Group. Thursday’s centerpiece is Dog Talk, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Bodega Negra, the same room that hosts Wednesday’s Kick-Off and Friday’s Hangover Hangout.
The founders built that calendar. Christian Barker, known as Barkmeta, is CEO and co-founder. David Chaboki, known as Shibo, is COO and co-founder. Damien Galvin, known as Shield, is CFO. Barkmeta and Shibo have co-hosted the daily X Spaces for more than 1,000 consecutive sessions and both are down for keynotes in New York. Shield, 18 years at Mercedes-Benz before Doginal Dogs, is the one who has been putting the events on the floor since the January 2024 launch.
Motion, also known as JayMarr, is on the DDNYC speaker list too. He is @MotionMetaX on X and @officialjaymarr on Instagram. The Buffalo artist has been in the Doginal Dogs room as a builder and host, and the New York week puts that on a stage next to NFT.NYC.
The articles that have been moving on Doginal Dogs and DDL TCG this month are about the collection and the game. TechBullion ran the DDNYC schedule plus founder profiles on Barkmeta, Shibo, and Shield. Yahoo Finance and Newsfile carried the TAO partnership. After Doginal Dogs Legends was announced Aug. 3, CryptoCompass, MarketMinute, and KTTC all wrote up Rise of the Pack, the 111-card hand-drawn set that sold out its entire preorder on day one at ddltcg.com.

The physical game debuts on the New York floor, with a digital version on a beta waitlist. Wednesday’s Swag Drop is 10 a.m. in The Library; the pool party is at The Beach; Thursday night is the Sky Party at PHD Rooftop Lounge.
